Problem with an item...

Hello. A few minutes ago, I got a Medusa Axe ns. But the game send a message that the image was not created yet, then I cannot move the item or even sell it. the message is something like "item image is not avaliable", something like that.

then, how to proceed?

one more question: does the Medusa Talon exists in pikeman spec? is it possible to know?
i'm asking because i don't want to spend milions in gold and jera
