Shield specs ....

Do shields come with PRS and MGS spec on this server ?
Or should I save my gold trying to re-spec them, hoping to get a caster spec ?

It might take a long time to respec a shield to mgs or prs spec. If i were you, just take a high block shield until you reach lv 95 and find a nice vamp shield to age. Then respec dragon shields and other higher lv shields from there.

I have a question about respecting shields, yesterday and the day before I must have tried a good 40 times each day to get a ks spec shield, EVERY other class came up many times but no knight in 2 days, whats up with this?
