Extinction does not work in lost island, lost temple, or endless tower 1 & 2. It is one of the several skill bugs that are unfortunately on this server. Don't despair though, it will be fixed in due time.

also y has dark guards and dark mages and bloody knights been changed to mech. when they r original undead

Some monster types are mixed up on this server and we'll just have to deal with that. Every server has different settings. On the bright side, there are a lot of undead monsters in et1
