is tornado spammable beyond lvl 3
and is chain lancer spamable beyond lvl 5? in this server?(in stat and skill info GM strongly recomend tornade 3 and chain lancer 5)on all servers its diff -.-(those are pikemans skills)

tornado is spamable lvl 5 (tested)
