[TUT]Levels rollback

Some people have this bug:
You get dc at level 95 (A lot of people who get this bug are level95, but it applies for other levels as well),
and once you log in again, you delevel to 94/93 and your statpoints are essentially reset but you have no additional stat points.

If you got this bug, make a post in this section including your :

ID(ID you log in as) :
IGN(In-game character name) :
LV you were before you disconnected:
LV you rolled back to:
IMG (image of stat points and level):

If you also have an image of your equipment, that would be nice as well. This way, we can give you some credibility to lost levels.

The GM will then fix this for you as soon as possible.

Example :

ID : Joiper
IGN : MageJoiper
LV before d/c: 95
LV after d/c : 93
IMG :

The GM will fix it for you.

sorry that i post here.. but it happened something similar to me.. i lost 1kkk and exp too, not a lvl, but like a 70% exp..

I was on the island lost at level 98 trying to reach 100 when some 60% of my experience back. This bug is common to happen? that already is the second time that happens. sorry to say, but with time I'm losing asking and waiting for repair, I already could be level 100. I'm not asking level, but I think unfair to waste time because of a bug server.

Omg, I get it again! now I lose +- 90%. I can't do anything If i'm training, i getting DC and I lost 90%, but I only train +- 20%. So I lose more than I train....

how long it takes to get from supporting this kind of mistake?
My character is bug and I do not have support
