Distoration

hi,

i started to play a mgs some days ago and i see distoration doesnt really work .
my distoration is only lvl 6 but it should work ... . i dont know if its work only with lvl 10 or so . i really want to know if its work because if its doesnt work i can set a another elite skill high ... .

Admin pls tell if it works or other ppl they know something about that thx .

Could you explain how that doesnt work?

because i tried out that thing whit my bro mage.

everything worked perfectly.

Me too !

If I use the skill, it does only : Hand in the sky, than down....
It doesn't have a effect on the monsters.

It doesn't slow the monsters.

Hope you understand it..
