Check If CrazyPT is Online or Offline

Sometimes people get unable to connect,
for check if the problem is at your computer or
at the server , Follow the next steps :
**You must do the Step 1 before Step 2 !
The Steps :
1) Check that you are connected to the internet
Open a browser (Firefox,IE,...) and see if you can browse to any
sites. Sometimes there are problems in some browsers .
For that there is other way to know 100% if you connected
to the internet or not .
The way :
Go to Start --> Run --> Write "CMD"
now in the window that opened write :
ping www.google.com
If you get Timeout ,it means you are NOT connected to the
Internet .
If you get Replys ,it means you are Connected to the internet.
2) Check if the Server is online
If the website of CrazyPT works for you it means the server is online .
If the website of CrazyPT not work for you it means the server is offline.
The website - http://www.crazypt.com
Or do the other way -
Go to Start --> Run ->> write "CMD"
now in the window that opened write:
ping www.crazypt.com
Timeout = Offline
Replys = Online

I have done step 1 and step 2 but I cannot connect. Step 1 and 2 has a reply from the site, why am I not able to connect ? Is there a server maintenance?
