Newbie's Guide problem

hello when i am useing the crystal it come everytime an hopy out can u guys tell me why ?

Um, I know for a fact it isn't an issue with the client. I am IN GAME, and I was using them, and was getting the guards, and then a few minutes later, all I can get is hoppies that are called Rashas.

mayby its a upgraded hoppie coz rashas is one of the mobs in sanctuary i think, if im not wrong with map name:P and mayby just try to use other crystal like royal and then use nowbie's crystal again mayby its just a bug:/

how to make my resolution to 800x600..
i use the cPT Launcer and change the screen resolution to 800x600 but nothing happens in-game..
the words and the bars are all small as it is like a 1024x768 screen resolution..
Anyone knows please reply..

When i use HP, i am d/c. What should i do to fix the problem??

well try to lower your grapics then try other than that i dont know whats happening
